The robustness and security of socio-cyber-physical systems depend critically on the way they are utilized by human decision-makers. While the framework of expected utility theory has traditionally been used to model decision-making under uncertainty, studies in behavioral psychology and economics have shown that the decisions made by humans under uncertainty consistently deviate from those predicted by such classical models. In this talk, we focus on understanding the impacts of human decision-making (captured by Prospect Theory) on the robustness of a shared resource in a game-theoretic framework.
